Dr. Charles Allen is a highly experienced foot and ankle specialist with over 25 years of clinical and surgical expertise. He is dedicated to helping patients get out of pain quickly and return to their daily activities with confidence.

Dr. Allen earned two bachelor’s degrees in Medical Technology and Physiology from Michigan State University. He went on to receive his medical degree from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, graduating in 1995.

He completed a one-year residency at Michigan Hospital Medical Center, followed by a two-year surgical residency at Edgewater Medical Center in Chicago, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year. Dr. Allen is board certified by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery (ABFAS).

Since 1998, Dr. Allen has been in private practice in Chicago, providing comprehensive care for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions—from heel pain and ingrown toenails to diabetic foot care and surgical reconstruction.

Dr. Allen is known for his straightforward approach, clear communication, and focus on results, ensuring every patient understands their condition and treatment options. Outside of the office,

Dr. Allen enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and continuously improving his practice to better serve his patients.

Dr. Garen Azizi, DPM

Dr. Garen Azizi, DPM

Dr. Garen Azizi is a dedicated podiatric physician at Chicago Foot & Ankle PC who is committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care. He has a strong passion for treating both routine and complex foot and ankle conditions, and takes pride in helping patients return to an active, pain-free lifestyle.

Dr. Azizi earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in 2019. He went on to complete his residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago in 2022, where he received comprehensive training in:

• Sports medicine
• Foot and ankle trauma
• Reconstructive foot and ankle surgery
• Wound care
• Diabetic foot care
• General podiatric conditions

He is board qualified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS) and is a board diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM).

Dr. Azizi is known for his compassionate approach and attention to detail, ensuring each patient receives thorough evaluation and individualized treatment.

Outside of the office, Dr. Azizi enjoys playing and watching sports, traveling, and spending time with his family. He is fluent in English and Armenian, and conversational in Spanish.
